ACHAT strongly calls for a significant increase in the proportion of non-profit housing in Quebec to achieve true affordability for all. To this end, ACHAT proposes making achieving a 20% of the rental market share protected from speculation a collective priority, and achieving this primarily through a major consolidation of the non-profit housing sector.
